Tina R. Macon, MA, CBA, CEQC | Founder & CEO
Tina R. Macon is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, and Business Consulting. As Founder & CEO of AllMac & Associates, she partners with businesses and organizations to strengthen Human Capital Management systems, improve operations, and design strategies for leadership development, executive coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational transformation.
Her client portfolio spans higher education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. Through this work, Tina has designed and implemented customized programs in leadership development,
human capital strategies, conflict management, and change management—helping organizations build stronger teams, enhance performance, and drive sustainable growth.
In addition to her consulting practice, Tina has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Miami University–Middletown, and Wright State University, teaching courses in negotiation, workplace planning, employee and labor relations, and
human resources development. She is also a skilled facilitator, delivering workshops on managerial effectiveness, supervision, conflict management, customer service, time management, team building, and leadership development.
Tina holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Engagement from Antioch University McGregor and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University. She is certified in EQi, DISC, and Kauffman FastTrac.
An engaged community leader, Tina, serves as a Regional Forum Representative for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council for the Ohio River Valley region (WBEC ORV). She also serves on the National Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Enterprise
National Council (WBENC), and the Advisory Board for the Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s Women’s Fund. Tina is a past Commissioner for the Hamilton County Commission for Women and Girls and served on the Board of Trustees for WordPlay Cincy.

Lisa A. Williams-Nelson | Resource Partner
Lisa A. Williams-Nelson is a seasoned administrative leader with over 20 years of experience supporting executive and senior-level management across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has proven expertise in managing vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate data systems for reporting and analysis. Highly detail-oriented and dependable, Lisa has extensive experience in community outreach, event planning, bookkeeping, and project coordination. She is recognized for her strategic planning, organizational development, and collaborative team engagement.
Lisa currently serves as the President of Unique Expressions Management Services, Inc., where she provides executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, payroll, and bookkeeping. She has also held significant roles such as Office Manager at the League of Women Voters of the Cincinnati Area
and Financial Associate at the Information Technology Senior Management Forum.
In addition to her professional experience, Lisa is actively involved in community service and volunteerism. She has served as Board President for Found Village, board member on Greater Cincinnati Black Giving Circle, and held various leadership roles with the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from California State University and a Certificate in Principles & Techniques of Fundraising from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Rea N. Waldon, Ph.D. - Dr. Waldon has over 25 years of experience working with owners to help them grow their businesses. Her background includes working as a commercial lender for several major financial institutions and teaching business courses at the college level.
Dr. Waldon currently owns and operates a business consulting firm that provides strategic guidance and training for small and medium-sized businesses. She has serviced as a coach for the SBAs Emerging Leaders Program, Goldman Sachs 10KSB and is a Certified Business Advisor.
